Kristen has over 20 years of business experience working with leaders of all levels including executives in roles such as leadership development, technology go-to-market roles, organizational development and entrepreneurialism.      


Her superpower is holding space to express the range of human-ness while delving into complex challenges and opportunities.  Her fine-tuned intuition acutely attunes her to the most subtle queues leaders emanate about their struggles and how they need to be guided through them.  Kristen translates these queues into a truly tailored experience for each client, quickly becoming a go-to resource and trusted confidante.     


Kristen's unique range of polarities scaffolds the leader's journey.  She's compassionate and an epic listener yet won’t over-compassion keeping leaders stuck.  She's highly pragmatic and action-oriented yet can also wade in the esoteric or spiritual.   She's also highly intrinsically motivated, ambitious with a bent for risk and is grounded in knowing what’s truly important so efforts are balanced not reckless or at all costs.            


When Kristen is not working you can find her in the woods on foot or mountain bike, in the yoga studio or with her new-found hobby handcrafting live-edge furniture.  The loves of her life are her twin boys and husband whom she adores.
